Yellow cloth boards with brown cloth spine, white & illus. dust jacket,144 pp. followed by a final folding plate, profusely illustrated in bw with several other folding plates. "No 4 in a series of reprints from 'The Shipbuilder and Marine Engine-Builder'," first published in 1931 on the occasion of the ship's maiden voyage. A beautiful ship she was, and all you might want to know about her is likely in this book, from her conception to her untimely demise at the hands of a German submarine.
