About This Item
This Book was written as an investigation into the life of Captain John Sinclair, a man who lived in Virginia and whose family clan was from Scotland. The writing of this Book was undertaken by Claude Lanciano, who restored Captain Sinclair's home in Gloucester County, Virginia and the more he learned of the original house owner, the more he became interested in telling Captain Sinclair's story. The Book contains a Foreward written by Caroline Baytop Sinclair and there is a note in the front cover from Barbara Allmand May, a great-great-great-great grand-daughter. This Book was locally written and produced in Gloucester, Virginia.
