London: Chapman and Hall Ltd, 1928. 1st Edition First Thus. Cloth Bound Boards. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Various. 1928 first edition. Size octavo, 9" tall, 187 pages. Blue cloth covered boards with white quadruple border and titling to the front cover and spine, top page edge dyed blue, other page edges unevenly trimmed, . Condition good, corners hinges and spine ends rubbed, spine sunned, hinges loose, foxing to margins of pages, mainly not interfering with the illustrations. A number of the illustrations are printed on to glossy paper and have escaped marking. Profusely illustrated throughout with 114 caricatures. Reproductions of Caricatures by a number of Artists/Illustrators.
