Dust jacket has edgewear with small tears at spine ends and flap corners, toning to spine, peripheral toning. Price clipped. Boards in red cloth. Light wear to spine caps and corners. Text block has tanning to endpapers, inscriptions in ink on page facing title page. Illustrated: b&w plates. Inscribed in ink by the author on page facing title page.
