Den Haag,: Vloemans,, (ca. 1985).. [20] pp. Small 4to (21 x 21 cm.). Original coloured limp boards. With 46 illustrations. ¶ A bookseller's catalogue of 50 items with extensive annotations. De Stijl was a Dutch artistic avant-garde mouvement, founded in 1917 by Theo van Doeburg. The other pricipal members were Piet Mondriaan. Vilmos Huzár, Bart van de Leck, Gerrit Rietveld, Robert van 't Hoff and J.J.P. Oud. The artistic philosophy is known as "neoplasticism".
