Brown half calf with gilt title on spine and five raised bands. Professionally recased mid 19th century. Inscribed on half title by author: "To Professor Legge, Bunyiu Nanjio Oxford: February 14, 1883." Occasional academic pencil scholia. Small inscription from 1954 on front fly, but otherwise no other previous owner's names or markings. Pp. 479.
