Slightly smaller book, red-brown spine and sides, dark yellow boards, gilt lettering bright on spine, dark yellow inside covers and adjacent end papers, 247 heavy lightly browned pages plus brief biographical note. DJ has red background to front and spine with cartoonish falling legs, briefcase and hat on front, b/w photo of Benchley on back. DJ has very slight wear in places along front bookfold edge, lightly rubbed on front, two tiny surface wear spots at top front left next to spine, faded line down middle back, lightly soiled too. Good+ DJ/Very Fine book.
