Publisher's blue cloth with paper spine label, good with some tidemarks from light waterstaining to the fore-edge margin throughout, and stamp several times of Samuel J. Harris, an Associate Justice with the NY Supreme Court. He was elected to the state Supreme Court in 1924 and again in 1938, then became Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, 1940-1947. 302 pp, illustrated.
