The "Captions" for the photos are on page 101 and tell where and when the photo was taken. Pages 102-106 are Koudelka's "Biography," and pages 107-109 are the Bibliography. The photos are dramatic and stunning against the stark white pages and are, as the captions indicate. CONDITION: Jacket, in black and shades of gray with white lettering, shows light rubbing. Bottom spine edge and front fold lower corners are chipped, and top edge of rear jacket panel has a couple of tiny chips. Bottom edge of rear panel has a 1" closed tear. Boards are cloth-covered in black with stamped in lettering leaving the recessed letters shiny black. Oversize 17" X 12".
