Facsimile of the Dial Press 1926 limited edition of 750 copies -- this edition too limited to 1,239 numbered copies (this copy unnumbered). Originally published as a magazine article, "A Chapter on Autography" is Poe's attempt to analyze the personality of a slew of writers and celebrities of his day based on their handwriting, their signatures reproduced alongside. M.N. Bunker, author of a number of standard texts on handwriting analysis or graphoanalysis, writes the foreword to this edition.
