Binding remains firm. Crinkling to pages at gutters. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Thumb marking present. Occasional foxing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Splits to spine joints. Tanning to spine and edges. Gilt lettering is darkened and faded. Boards are bowed. Book has a slight forward lean.
