Publisher's original scarlet cloth, stamped in blind and in gilt, all edges gilt, pale yellow end papers. No date, circa 1870's From the personal collection of noted English composer and organist Charles H.(arford) Lloyd, with his signature in ink dated February 1878 and additional annotations in ink by Lloyd at title page.
