London: Medici Society, 1925. 1st . Hardcover. Fine condition. Bound in publisher's original blue cloth with spine stamped in gilt. Top edge gilt. Contains 62 plates, 47 are in color all with multiple images. One of 650 numbered copies signed by the author. Only 150 copies were sold, the rest were pulped. Plates illustrate scent bottles, bonbonniers, etuis, seals, and statuettes made at the Chelsea Factory & Derby Chelsea in the 18th century. Leaf size: 12 x 9 1/2 inches. Interior is clean and page block is tight.
