Co-authors D Djaja, M E Morrison and A Elo. (Lusis: 160) First edition. With the increase in the number of tournaments and weekend congresses over the past years, the understanding of the Laws of Chess, and the way they work in practice, is of importance to all chess players. Bozidar Kazic the Chief Arbiter of FIDE, with contributions from Dragutin Djaja, Arpad Elo and Martin Morrison fill this need. The book includes a detailed explanation of the FIDE Rating system and the method by which International Titles are awarded and all controllers will benefit from the various forms of the Swiss System and other tournament system. Condition: Lightly rubbed spine ends. Jacket soiled, spine sunned else a very good copy in like jacket.
