About This Item
439 Pages.
This classic Dumas book was published by John Wanamaker and comes in green boards with gold lettering on its spine (see photos) and a gold guilted top closed book edge. The exterior of the book has four very lightly worn corners, and light wearing at the top and bottom of its spine. The interior book has the previous owner's bookplate inside the front cover, some foxing at the tops of some of the first pages, and then beyond those distractions, no further visible detriments, distractions, or extraneous markings throughout the book, and thus it has all of its printing and its frontispiece illustration in a very well preserved and enjoyable condition and the book's sewn-in bindings remain tight and therefore are sound.
