Hardcover. black boards, library stamped on top page edges, no other library damage, some shelf wear, some minor wear to edges and corners, jacket has some wear to edges, very minor chipping, owners sticker on base of spine, a very good tight clean copy overall. President Dwight Eisenhower appointed Earl Warren to the Supreme Court in 1953, and then regretted his decision as the court then formed America with its laws and interpretation of the Constitution. He gave Americans greater civil rights and personal liberties, and the Warren Court's decisions still define American freedoms. Tracing Earl Warren's whole life including his political disputs especially with Nixon.
