Paper cover has mild edge-wear with light rubbing and creasing. Some light marking and sunning.

Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Missing front endpaper. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing. Mild sunning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Moderate water stains to surfaces. Book has forward lean.

Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing, mild to end-papers and text-block edges. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Moderate crushing to spine ends with splits and loss to cloth. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge-wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Jacket is split in two at the spine.
