Faber and Faber Ltd, 1961. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1961. First Edition Thus. 286 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over grey cloth. Jacket is in plastic wrapper. Fold-out plate and table to end of book. Contains black and white illustrated plates. Pages and plates are lightly tanned and foxed throughout. Light tearing to edges of fold-out table and plate. Cracking to hinges with exposed binding. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Light tanning to spine and edges. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Some rubbed dark marking to surfaces. Jacket is in plastic wrapper.
