Front black cover has gold embossed cross with crown and the words 'Heal The Sick. Raise The Dead. Cleanse The Lepers. Cast Out Demons.' And embossed textured pattern on front and rear covers. No dustjacket was issued. Black front and rear end papers. Includes 16-page pamphlet 'Life At Its Best.' Most uncommon.
