Pages bright and clean and free from marking, soiling or staining. A few marginal losses without affecting text. This copy with no engravings. Bound in full contemporary calf with old rebacking and original spine relaid, coated with PVAR. Spine chipped and corners rounded. Spine with five (false) raised bands with gilt rules. Red morocco spine label with title in gilt. lettering. A very good clean reading copy of this important translation of this classic devotional.
