Bound in very bright coloured pictorial cloth featuring image of Aunt Minervy Ann in red spotted dress to front board, together with clear titles to front panel and spine, this 1899 hardcover First Edition is VG plus. 1X/210pp with 8 Chapters and 32 B/W drawings by A.B. Frost. Clean endpapers, top edge gilt, no rubbing or wear to boards and spine; small ink mark to back board and two tiny blue marks to title page (2mm x 2mm); otherwise a remarkable survival in this VG condition, protected by mylar clear plastic. . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1899.
