An apparent ex-library copy - there are adhesive stains on both final endpapers, thin lines of staining along head and heel edges of both sets of endpapers from an old plastic dust-jacket cover (remember PlastiKleer?), and a small ink stamp on the first page - otherwise, except for modest handling spots and dust staining around the outside edges plus one page-corner fold, still clean, hinges gently shaken but binding secure, red cloth cover showing matching lines of dark adhesions along head and heel edges and some softening and rubbing at corners and spine ends, otherwise well-kept. The dust jacket bears small surface tears scattered around head and heel, where the dark-rimmed plastic cover left thin lines of discoloration, there is a nearly-clear water stain at the top corner of the rear interior flap, and there are some surface chips and short creases at the spine ends, bottom corners, and top left rear; otherwise vivid and bright. 224pp. No additional printings listed; jacket price is $2.75..
