Library copy, with expected inserts, inscriptions and stamps. Black and white illustrations by Honore Valintcourt throughout. Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages slightly loose. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Illustrations are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Staining to edge of front free endpaper. Endpapers have strips of tanning caused by jacket. Library stamp to lower edge of text block. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Notable tanning to edges. Book has a moderate forward lean. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with tears and creasing. Slight brown marks to edges. Jacket is slightly rubbed and marked overall.
