Santa Barbara: Neville, 1989. First edition. Slender 8vo gilt-stamped FULL BLACK LEATHER. An out-of-series copy from the LETTERED EDITION which was limited to 26 copies. SIGNED BY BURKE who provided the foreword to Willeford's posthumously published account of the filming of the 1974 film adaptation of his 1962 novel, COCKFIGHTER (in which he played the role of" Ed Middleton"). Fine.
