Not just salads, but recipes for all kinds of dishes from canapes, main courses, sandwiches, and desserts with tips on arranging a bill of fare. Interior pages are clean, though lightly toned; endpapers foxed/spotted, with a bit of discoloration on rear endpaper; some soiling to fore edge. Cover is quite edgeworn, with corners rubbed just to board, top/bottom of spine also worn with some tiny splits; cover color rubbed and worn, with large dark patches of stain at rear. In new mylar.. Early Reprint. Hard Cover. Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
