Front cover has a gilt seal of the Commissioners of the Admiralty. Bookplate on endpaper note a presentation from the Commissioners to an individual for meritorious work. Marbled endpapers and page edges. A very pretty book in near fine condition. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 1136 pages .
