Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Plates are bright and clear. Binding remains firm. Minor pencil marking to front free end-paper. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened. Minor fraying to cloth at spine ends. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Moderate tanning to spine.
