About This Item
A 19th-century title about women's lives in the North American colonies. Tan leather over boards with gilt stamping on the front and spine, six raised ribs across spine. Text block is gilt on top with deckled edges. Tan marbled decorative endpapers. Protective tissue over B&W frontispiece is intact. Title page has blue & black print. Charming B&W chapter decorations.
Front cover is completely separated from book. Cover is worn, especially on edges, corners, and top & heel of spine. Spine is separating from binding. Papers are age tanned with some stains.
