About This Item

Abilene TX: Hardin-Simmons University, 1991. Limited Edition. Hardcover. As New. Limited to 600 numbered copies. Beautiful decorate rust red and cream cloth. Royal 8vo. Gorgeous chapter head wood cut illustrations plus several photos by the noted Fort Sill photographer, W. S. Soule. Notes. Bibliography. Index. In 1933 the first edition of this title was published but cost-cutting trimmed 13,000 words from the author's manuscript. These are restored in this lovely volume edited by Kenneth Jacobs and with a new introduction by A. C. Greene. Fine, as new. No dj as issued.
