'The Coming of Arthur', by Alfred Lord Tennyson.48mo - a miniature book, 3 7/8" tall; green and copper flexible leatherette boards (the "Redcroft" edition), 95 pp. Very Good and a bit better, for this fragile series - not too far from near fine. Strong front with most of the original green & copper highlights remaining; standard heavy foxing at endpapers (though somewhat less pronounced than usual), but no such heavy foxing within, which is also standard. Moderate abrasion to the title letters on the title page. From the Little Leather Library series of promotional miniatures. Fragile. All such versions from LLL would have been treated as promotional ephemera at the time. For the collector of miniatures, literature, or ephemera. See all scans.
