Gold lettering on the spine; blind embossed decoration on the front cover. Foredges are blue, Cover is shelf worn. Previous owner's name on the front blue endpaper, and an inscription on the first white page. Front inner hinge is cracked. A very good copy of this classic angling book subtitled: Or the Contemplative Man's Recreation. Part II is subtitled; Being Instructions how to angle for a Trout or Grayling in a Clear Stream by Charles Cotton. Illustrated with a few b/w fish images. This is a heavy book and will require additional shipping charges (at cost).
