The DJ, which is protected by clear plastic, was taped to the covers, leaving tape marks on the binding and endpapers. Library markings on top & fore edges, inside front cover, title page, and bfep. Other than tape marks, sound binding has very minor soil and wear. Contents are clean and unworn, with no writing or other entries in the text. . Other than call label & tape marks, only minor wear and soil on the complete DJ. ; First Printing of the FIRST EDITION, 1965.Red cloth, bright gold lettering. Index. Appendices.
