A unique Concerto (concerto grosso) featuring a percussion battery consisting of marimba, vibraphone, 4 temple blocks, 3 tom-toms, 2 bongos, suspended cymbal, and 3 gongs, plus a prominent soprano recorder. The balance of the ensemble includes: flute (doubling flexatone/vibraphone), oboe (guiro, pipes), bass clarinet (suspended cymbal), horn (vapore, campanelli), cello (drum), and bass (tam-tam). To clarify, there is a percussion soloist, assisted by the participation of these wind and string players. 31 pages; duration ca. 11 minutes. CONDITION: a solid unmarked copy with light shelf-wear and a touch of sunning on the covers. This fascinating score is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.
