1862 three quarter bound collections of The Continental Monthly from 1862 in two volumes as pictured. Bindings are tight. Marbled boards are soiled, rubbed and show edge wear. Brown leather corners are worn and scuffed. Spines with gold stamping are worn with some surface cracks. There is a bookworm hole in the front hinge of volume 1. Endpapers are tanned and mottled. Bookworm tracks at the front hinge in volume 1 and final pages of volume 2. Text is tanned and mottled. Noble and Semple bookbinders, Utica sticker in each volume.
