No Place: No Publisher. Wraps. Good. No publisher, place or date. Presumed circa 1920. Printed wraps. An offprint, reprinted from The Psychological Review Vol. 27 No 6, November, 1920. A short piece on the work of Godfrey Thomson and his discussion of mathematical logic of psychophysics, questioning some of the findings. Edwin Boring was an American experimental psychologist, involved with intelligence testing during World War I, as well as optical illusion research. This resulted in the 'Boring Figure' as well as research in the appearance of the moon (see Wikipedia). GOOD condition.. Minor soiling, uneven browning and fading, especially along the extremities. Minor scuffing. Toning to the paper. Minor dampstaining affecting the lower page edges. Several pages unopened in the interior.
