[Innocencio IV 328] Rare World cat lists 5 copies Excellent copy. This work is of 63 letters plus prologuecriticising the government he had fled to London to evade. Borges (1786-1838) was a Portuguese economist, jurist and politician. He was a councillor of state under D. Pedro IV, but when an absolute monarchy was declared he was forced to flee to London, where he lived from 1823-1827. During this time he was an active member of Freemasonry. Rare COPAC lists 4 worldwide
