There is some light bumping to the spine ends of the book covers. The text pages are clean and bright, though one gather of the text block appears to be not as evenly sewn as the rest of the block. To him these were illogical, and led to his work on synergetics. He often made items from materials he found in the woods, and sometimes made his own tools. He experimented with designing a new apparatus for human propulsion of small boats.
