London: T. Nelson & Sons. Good+. 1872. Hardcover. 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 270 pages; 1872 T. Nelson & Sons, London. HC in original burgundy colored cloth with boards beveled at edges and decorative title design in gilt and black to cover and spine. A collection of prayers for specific instances and occasions, many by the author but with contributons from a range of other noatable clergy. The table of contents identifies the authors. Quite scarce with no copies located in collections searched by Worldcat. This copy with general wear; shallow fray to cloth at spine ends and light rub through to cloth at corners. Decorative title designs rubbed and moderately dulled. Hinges tender but sound; mild internal split between the title page and flyleaf. Page 15/16 loose from binding and laid in. Occasional mild toning and spotting to page stock. Rarely seen. G to G+ only .
