In good plus blue linen-effect cloth boards, black titles to front and back strip. The covers are firm, straight and unmarked; spine cloth ends bumped and a little frayed. Slightly tanned free end papers. The paste downs have stamp/logo of initials and what looks like trees. The cut edges are lightly tanned; top edge a little foxed. The text block is tightly bound, square and clean - very good condition. With numerous floor plans and b/w photos. No inscriptions etc. In good thick light grey dust jacket with photo of cottage on front; tanned around the edges; chipped cut edges with a few tiny tears. Not price clipped.
