Very Good in a Good jacket, unclipped ($2.00), lightly soiled at the back panel, a few small creases and chips at the edges. Black cloth, bumped at the edges and corners, with red ink lettering and designs on the spine and front board. Firmly bound with a slight forward lean, red top stain, toned at the endpapers with a gift inscription on the front endpaper, clean otherwise. The pseudonymous author's first mystery novel that sees Superindendent Marsden travel around England to solve a murder.
