About This Item
Philadelphia: Peterson, 1853. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good. 1st edition in English, a later issue without the 2 frontispieces noted by Munro in the copy he saw (this one in publisher's cloth so not removed in rebinding). No date on the title page, but an 1853 date is on the verso of the title page, above a run of Dumas' books by Peterson including the 2nd part of this one, Andree de Taverney). Original cloth, chips at spine tips, minor wear else very good. Rare.
