London: Messrs. Hardwicke and Bogue,, 1877.. 1877 [31], xvi, 1142, [32-42] p. Adverts. Publisher's crimson cloth, gilt. Neatly rebacked with the original spine re-laid. Edges gilt. The spine is faded and there is a little wear to the corners. The heavy text block is all clean and tight. Armorial bookplate. A sustantial volume in excellent usable condition.
