Copy #109 of the 503 numbered sets of the Versailles Edition. Bound in 3/4 red morocco leather with matching marble paper covered cloth. Leather has gilt tooling, including fleur de lys, crown, and lilly designs, with raised bands present to the spine. Boards worn to the extremities (foxing and discoloration present to the board extremities). Top edge gilt. Marble endpapers. Previous owner's name bookplate present to the half-title page and gift inscription present ot the same page. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid.
