Denver, CO: The Old West Publishing Co., 1954. Book. Illus. by Photographs. Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Good/poor, used hc, 243 pages. Light blue colored cloth over boards with black text on upper and spine; slight edge wear with frayed tail tips. Illustrated dust jacket with black colored text on upper and cream colored text on spine; edges are worn with tears, chips and missing pieces; fold on flaps are also torn; not price clipped. Interior pages are mostly clean, unmarked but there are a few with pencil underlining and there is a gift inscription on the ffep. Binding is tight. The chapters include information on early ranching in Wyoming, rustlers, old Cheyenne, sheep and the Johnson County War, struggles and weather problems..
