Has original green boards, with paper spine label (label is very worn) and with the copyright notice on both pages (2) and (4). Otherwise, boards and pages are clean (except pages are lightly age spotted), unmarked, bright (except for light overall darkening of boards), tightly bound and sharp cornered (except slightly softened board corners). Contents includes 230 pages of text followed by a 36 page catalog of ads from the publisher. Scarce, Out Of Print, Book. .
