New York: The Macmillan Company, 1931. Poet/playwright/critic Padraic Colum (1881-1972) was a leading figure in the Irish Literary Revival prior to his joining the diaspora in America. Originaly published in November 1930; this is a Near Fine copy of the reprint from six months later (June, 1931). Green cloth binding with gilt lettering on the front cover and spine. Clean text; 375 pages. Gift inscription on FFEP, else a Fine copy. The silver dustjacket shows edgewear, with some chipping and creasing at all margins; still, attractive, in an archival plastic protector Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Reprint.. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good Plus.
