Tokyo: Waseda University, 1935. First edition.. Bright and clean copy in near fine condition.. Pp. 15, 16, 8, 6, 4 (index), 19 full-page plates (2 in color), 5 text-figures and maps. Publisher's original brown-patterned stiff printed wrappers, lg 8vo (10.5 x 7.5 inches). Report of the First Scientific Expedition to Manchoukuo under the leadership of Shigeyasu Tokunaga, June-October 1933, Section V, Division I, Part II. Manchoukuo was the portion of northeastern China under Japanese control in the 1930's. This is the entire work on the Crustacea. The text is entirely in English with a summary in Japanese at the front and some common names in the text in Japanese. Faint ink stamp of the Carnegie Institution of Washington on the front cover, no other ownership marks and no signs of use.
