Illustrated with photo engravings. An attempt after the Spanish-American war to sell "liberated" Cuban real estate to the US public. The publisher calls Cuba "The Garden Spot Of Our New Territory," with the promise "An Annual Income of $5,000 a year secured by small monthly payments." They promise riches for investors noting that Ex-United Consuls, Gen. Fitzhugh Lee, P.F. Hyatt And A.C. Brice have been in Cuba many years, and now with Cuba "free" under US control will insure this to be a profitable enterprise. Front cover margin lightly stained. OCLC: 1102661572.
