A Good copy in pictorial gray cloth, in a Fair dust jacket with chipping and several tears (just affecting lettering at the bottom edge of the rear panel). Erasure of gift inscription at the front endpaper, clean within. Damping visible to the bottom of the rear cover and spine, but not the jacket or text block. Title 10 of 10 within.A sound reading copy in dust jacket of the first edition.
