London: Macmillan and Co., Limited, 1919. Very Good +/Fair. London: Macmillan and Co., Limited, 1919. First UK Edition. Octavo. 223 pages. Printed dust jacket, though lacking spine portion. Blue cloth stamped in gilt.

Only front and rear panels of dust jacket present with some light chipping and general rubbing to remaining portions. Tear along bottom half of front flap. Jacket now in removable mylar, retained in photo. Light edgewear to boards. Binding is sound. Bookplate of Albert Parsons Sachs to front pastedown. Pages mostly unopened. Interior clean and unmarked.

A series of essays penned between 1902-1912, first published in the U.S. in 1912 with some alterations to the U.K. publication.
